Refund policy

We accept returns and refunds of products, as long as these points required by law are met:

- Contact me within 14 days after receiving the product.

- Return the product within 30 days of receiving it.

- In case of returning the product, the amount will be refunded, but the cost of shipping will be borne by the customer.

- The returned product must be in the same conditions in which it was received, otherwise the customer will be responsible for its loss in value.

We do not accept order cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged:

- Custom orders.

- Digital download products.
