Baba Yaga is a creature from Slavic folklore, she is not very pleasant, she feeds on humans, she especially likes children. She looks like an old woman with one "normal" leg and the other bony one with which she can walk through the world of the dead, but what we are getting at is that this being lives in a house that has chicken legs on which she stands and moves, and thus she moves through the world, apart from flying over a pot or a mortar depending on the good eyesight of the person who sees her.
This chicken house makes me very curious, especially about the life it will lead when its mistress is away. Will it peck at the tops of the trees, will it take good care of the wheat and corn fields? It is a pity that Baba Yaga did not give it some good wings to fly away too, although now that I think about it, chickens do not take flying to the limits of their possibilities...
